Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Accepted Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. However, please note that only products in new condition are eligible for return.
Return Window: Requests for returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of product receipt. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
Method: All returns must be completed via mail. A return label is included in your original package, so you can send the product back at no extra charge.
Return Label & Shipping: The return label is provided free of cost. Please use it to ensure that your product reaches us safely and without delay.
3. Refunds
Refund Processing Time: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the product according to the steps above and place a new order.
